Jeddah Garden Walk‘s conceptual design is currently developed by Delta National Real Estate Investment and Development Company (Delta Subsidiary).

The first phase will be comprised of a high-end retail & entertainment development, and a 4-Star hotel along with ancillary uses like parking spaces, walkways, and open landscaped areas.
