Delta International was founded in 1978 as a private Saudi company headquartered in Jeddah.

Delta is a successful and innovative private group of companies operating within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally. Our investments and operations encompass the oil & gas, property development, retail and the leisure sectors, and are conducted through four principal corporate entities:

Delta started its real estate development activity in 2001 when it founded Midad as a private Saudi company headquartered in Jeddah. Our vision is to develop iconic luxury branded commercial, residential and mixed use properties. Our geographical focus is the KSA market however International developments are considered based on the size and return potential of carefully selected projects. A key milestone was achieved in 2015 with the beginning of construction of the Four Seasons in Jeddah, a landmark mixed use development.
